Orientum Intelligence
Four layers we're building to sit underneath every engagement. They're in active development, some already running against live client work, others still being tested internally. We'll be straight about which is which as they ship.
The principle won't change: none of them make a decision on their own, and nothing reaches you without a member of our team looking at it first.
In developmentBank feeds and receipts coded automatically against your chart of accounts and our firm's rules. The routine transactions, the 90%, never touch a human. Anything ambiguous is flagged as an exception and reviewed by your accountant the same week. The result is a close that takes days rather than three weeks, and books that are current when you need to make a decision, not thirty days later.
In developmentYour forecast rebuilds on live data instead of sitting in a spreadsheet someone last opened in March. Change a hire, a price, a churn assumption or a payment term and see the runway and cash position move. We use it in your monthly review; you can use it in the meeting where you're deciding whether to make the hire.
In developmentSR&ED and credit eligibility estimated in minutes rather than a two-week scoping exercise. The public calculators on this site are the first piece of this to ship, so you can size a claim before you ever speak to us. Try them →
In developmentMost founders don't want a portal. Our assistant lives in WhatsApp, the channel you already use, and handles document requests, deadline reminders, filing status and balance questions in the thread. Anything requiring judgement is routed to your advisor, who answers in the same conversation.
Tell us which layer would help you most and we'll put you on the list for it.
