Contact details you give us through forms, email, WhatsApp or a booking; financial and tax information you provide as part of an engagement; and standard analytics about how this site is used.
To deliver the services you've engaged us for, meet our professional and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it except where required to deliver the engagement or comply with law.
We use automated tooling to process transactions, prepare drafts and generate estimates. Client data is not used to train third-party models. Access is limited to the team assigned to your engagement, and all output is reviewed by a member of our team before it reaches you or a tax authority.
Records relating to filings and engagements are retained for the periods required by the CRA and applicable professional standards. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
Under PIPEDA you can request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask for corrections. Write to reach@orientum.co.
