Accounting Intern (Corporate Tax)
$24 per hour
Work on real corporate tax files for founder-led Canadian businesses from your first week, with a senior advisor reviewing your work and explaining the why.
What you’ll do
- Help prepare T2 corporate tax returns and supporting schedules
- Prepare GST/HST returns and year-end working papers
- Reconcile accounts and keep client books current in cloud accounting software
- Gather documents and follow up with clients on missing information
- Support SR&ED and government funding files when they come in
What you bring
- Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of an accounting or business program
- A solid grasp of financial statements and basic Canadian tax
- Comfort with Excel, and care with detail
- Clear, friendly written communication

Founder’s Office Associate, Operations

Work directly with our Founder and CEO to keep the firm running and growing. You’ll own the operations behind every client file and help turn priorities into finished work.
What you’ll do
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, inbox and follow-ups, and prepare briefs for client and partner meetings
- Run client onboarding end to end: engagement letters, document requests and file setup
- Track deadlines and workflow across tax, SR&ED and Virtual CFO files so nothing slips
- Build and improve internal processes, templates and checklists
- Keep firm systems tidy: CRM, practice management and shared drives
- Coordinate events such as our Annual Soirée and founder sessions
- Take on special projects as the firm grows
What you bring
- Experience in operations, an executive or founder’s office, or a professional services firm
- Strong organisation and follow-through; you close loops without being chased
- Polished, warm communication with clients and the team
- Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and quick to learn new tools
- Able to work full-time in our Mississauga office
